I love Kashi's cereals with 13g of protein and Cascadian Farm's granola. I liked Cheerios and things before, I didn't eat unhealthy cereals, but I ate way too much in the morning and the cereals I buy now are healthier.<br /><br />I LOVE the Everything kind. I'm not sure I'll ever try another kind.
