    Oats - Not really.
    Avocado - Heck YES!
    Salmon - Nope.
    Blueberries - Nope.
    Broccoli - YES!
    Brown Rice - Heck YES!
    Pears - Nope.
    Wine - Nope.
    Grapefruit - Nope.
    Almonds - Yup!
    Green Tea - Nope. Don't like tea. :0(
    Lentils - Nope.
    Bananas - Of course. One a day usually. :0)
    Eggs - Only the whites.
    Dark Chocolate - Too much. ;0)
    Oranges - Nope.
    Potatoes - Yummmm....
    Pine Nuts - Not regularly.
    White Beans - Ditto.
    Cheese - Not very often.
    Quinoa - LOVE QUINOA!
    Plantains - Nope.
    Garbanzo Beans - Nope.
    Low-Fat Milk - Nope. Only drink coconut milk.
    Pearl Barley - Never heard of it!
