Comments: Not to be gross, but I've been feeling nasty the past couple days, and definitely got discouraged when I found out most women gain weight on their period. Obviously it's not something I have any control over, but those are the kinds of things that piss me off the most. I worked really hard this past week - exercising every day, making sure I got enough protein every day, and everything else. I weighed a whopping .2 less than I did last week. Thanks, period. This is going to piss me off every month, and I'm not looking forward to it. I anxiously await the day I can go to the gym and weigh myself (I only do it on Fridays), and to see 158.8 was a huge letdown. All I can do is pray that next Friday the number will be a lot smaller. On the plus side, I went out to Bonefish with my parents tonight - an amazing seafood place. I had finished my snacks/calories before dinner by about 4pm, and our reservation wasn't until 7! I was dying of hunger (for hormonal reasons), but I stuck it out because those au gratin potatoes (and mango salsa on top of the mahi mahi) are soooo delicious!!
