Comments: Because it's the start of my time of the month, I not only felt icky, but I felt hungry basically all day. So it was quite the challenge, but I got through it, of course. It was fine once I had my exam at 2pm (after I had the apple). I got home 2 hours later and had my protein bar, then went to the gym. By the time I got home and threw everything together for dinner, it was late enough that the hunger was under control in the evening. Added another fitness goal: to walk the 11 flights in Enderis hall two times a week. Idk how attainable this is considering I usually need to catch the bus right after my class, but I'm going to try to make it work. It would be a great workout and would build up my leg muscles like crazy.
