Comments: I I love the Thomas Bagel Thins, especially this Everything kind. YUM. I used to be a huge fan of bagels, and would eat one with a load of cream cheese every day. Now I can eat a bagel thin and some of my buttery spread for about 200 calories. I'm also deciding that eggs need to be included in my diet almost daily. I hard-boiled half a dozen eggs last night, and had scrambled, fried, and poached the first half dozen. I am going to get in the routine of eating eggs because they're so good for me. On my way over to my parents house my dad called and said he wanted to take a walk with me, so I put on comfortable walking clothes and we took a long walk around the neighborhood. Can't wait til the weather gets better and we can do those more often!
