Comments: I had major lady pain overnight and today, so I'm glad I did a little Wii Fit despite that. I used to use this time of the month as an excuse to eat a lot (bc my hunger spikes) and be lazy (bc I don't feel good). I gave myself a little break today, but I still logged Fitness Minutes on Spark, and I'm proud of that. During yoga I definitely noticed pain, but when I was playing the other games on Wii Fit I like, I didn't even realize I felt crappy. Same with when I took the walk with my dad. Tomorrow is a gym day, and I'm going to try to not get discouraged with my poor running performance because I will surely have less energy than usual. As far as food goes, it was a bad idea to make a burrito starting at 7:15 considering they take 50 minutes to cook! Yikes! I was starving by the time I could eat it, lol.
