Comments: This was the first day of my Fitness Challenge Game I wrote about last night. I drew a face card and an ace, and I knew I would accomplish 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill because I always do way more than that. I honestly can't do a true push-up yet. I went as far down as I could go for all 21, but it was tough all right. Today, being the worst day of the month, I could barely run that mile. It was severely humid in the gym plus I felt like crap because of woman stuff. I'm glad I went and did something, but I look forward to getting back to my normal self - the past two gym days have been terrible. I found out that my Wii Board - my only scale - was incredibly inaccurate based on my weigh-in yesterday and this morning. So I went to Target and bought myself a digital scale. The verdict is still out on whether or not it's accurate ... need to weigh myself a couple mornings in a row to see.

ReplyDeleteYeah the calories is easy now. I just wish my clothes would start fitting better, if I've REALLY lost almost 8 pounds as my scale this morning suggested. You'd think I could start seeing a difference. I still look down and just see fat.
