Comments: Got my protein again today! But I also had ONE serving of fruit (the grapes). I can't have the best of both worlds. Tomorrow I'm going to not worry about protein and just load up on the fruits and veggies. I'm not the biggest fan of cottage cheese, but I can tolerate it with some sort of fruit. I am a fan of its nutritional value, particularly in terms of protein. Hunger was down today. Pretty soon I'm going to be ravenously hungry (thanks, hormones), but hopefully with all of this exercise I've been doing, my symptoms won't be as bad as they usually are. I've said this before, but I love pumpkin seeds. A quarter of a cup still is a lot of seeds, and they provide 9g of protein. I just wish my grocery store sold them in bigger packages.
